1. General Policy

  • Applies only to purchases made directly through Infutureweb, it’s subsidiaries or it’s agents.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) is required.
  • Customized, downloadable, or subscription-based digital services may not be eligible for return.

2. Physical Products

  • Returns accepted within 7–14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
  • Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

3. Digital Products & Services

  • All sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
  • Refunds may be granted if:
    • The product was not delivered.
    • A technical issue (caused by us) prevents access or usage.
    • The wrong product/service was provided.

4. Subscriptions & Services

  • Cancellations can be made anytime but take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Partial or prorated refunds are not available unless required by law.
  • Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Services already rendered (e.g., consulting, design, development).
  • Gift cards or promotional credits.
  • Digital products once downloaded/accessed (unless defective).

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  2. Include a description of the issue and supporting evidence (photos, error messages, etc.).
  3. Our support team will respond within 2–5 business days.
